Use of e-scooters divides people in Carlow and Kilkenny

The use of e-scooters has divided many locally.

Laws introduced last year call for riders to be aged 16 years or older and obey a 20 km per hour speed limit while they’re banned from footpaths and users can’t carry passengers.

Kilkenny Gardaí issued a warning after seizing one of the vehicles recently.
