An appeal has been launched in Ferrybank following the removal of a life-saving community defibrillator.
The AED unit was taken from its external cabinet outside Colin Molloy Butchers and the Ferrybank Post Office overnight.
Local community first responders are stressing that this equipment is vital for medical emergencies and are urging whoever took it to return it immediately.
If the unit was removed in error, or if you have any information on its whereabouts, you are asked to return it to the butchers as soon as possible so it can be put back into service.
