One of the two Fianna Fail General Election hopefuls for Tipperary North says the people of North West Kilkenny have been dealt a bad blow.
Following a constituency boundary change, about 4,000 Kilkenny voters will cast their ballot for over-the-border candidates.
Cllr Michael Smith with his Tipperary council and party colleague Ryan O’Meara have been selected to run by their party.
