Families who’ve lost loved ones in a variety of unknown circumstances have been gathering today at Croke Park for a special event to mark the date which remembers many, including schoolboy Philip Cairns who went missing in 1986 (whose mother Alice was from Kilkenny) and Dean Roche whose last sighting was in Ballyfoyle in 2015.
