“We’re all devastated” says employee at County Carlow business set to close after a century

There’s sadness in Tullow as a business that’s operated for a century’s set to close its doors for the last time.

PJ Duffy’s drapery has been serving the area for 100 years but announced in recent days that the run will end in April.

Boss Arnold Mahon has been there for 70 years alone while Antoinette Sutton has come and gone at points in the last 50 years.
