A Carlow Councillor is not entirely happy with the budget passed at Friday’s Council Meeting.
Labour representative for Borris, Willie Quinn, feels that the allocation of funding favoured the town more so than the county.
Speaking to KCLR News, Mr Quinn says that more money should have been given to bring some rural services up to the same standards as Carlow town.
