‘What Has Europe Ever Done for Women?’ – reporter Susan Clarke brings us interviews with Hilary Hughes of Brand Stories with Hil who is a participant on the Bright Start programme funded by the European Development Fund. Hilary also, through her Local Enterprise Office, availed of the Trading Online Vouchers to help develop her website and the mentoring element of this programme is funded by the EU. We then go over to Brussels and speak with parliamentary assistant Rose Nr Cleirigh and get an insight from her about the role’s women play in the important workings of the EU.
