Gardai were called out to Kieran Street in Kilkenny a number of times overnight where fans were queueing for Ed Sheeran tickets that go on sale this morning.
One man was arrested following a disturbance around 9.30pm but Gardai say he was not amongst the group of up to 50 people camped out for concert tickets.

However the Gardai attended a number of times following reports of disturbances along the street.
Fans had to be moved back to avoid blocking the roadway there and Gardai say items were been thrown and kicked about which could have caused damage to surrounding properties.
