Heather Hills residents say “slow down” after child knocked down

Residents of a housing estate in Carlow Town are appealing to people to slow down driving through there.
A child was taken to hospital on Sunday after being knocked down in Heatherhill.
Its understood the child broke their leg but is making a recovery.
The estates facebook page says part of the problem is people parking up on the paths and is asking people to adhere to the 30 kilometres an hour speed limit.
