Gardaí continue to investigate a threatening email sent to 20 Carlow primary schools yesterday morning.
KCLR News broke the story yesterday morning with some of those impacted speaking on The KCLR Daily (10am-1pm).
The credibility of what had been sent is still being assessed – it’s understood to have been routed through another country.
About half of those in receipt of it closed for the day but most are expected to reopen this morning though some parents have indicated they’ll be keeping their children at home.
