Locally based GP is advising all in Carlow and Kilkenny to be extra vigilant around washing hands and taking care not to spread sickness

We’re just days away from Christmas and nobody wants to be sick for the festive season.

However there are a number of bugs about.

Dr Justin Kwong of Lakeside Family Practice in Kilkenny earlier joined our Brian Redmond on The KCLR Daily to talk about some of the common illnesses that are doing the rounds and how their spread might be prevented.
