Two ministers were on hand to help mark the achievement of the first graduates through the All Ireland Skills Programme.
The event took place at Rothe House in Kilkenny this morning.
Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O’Brien was joined by colleague Minister of State with responsibility for Nature, Heritage and Electoral Reform Malcolm Noonan, who’s also the Carlow Kilkenny Green TD.
