11 dogs struggling to survive after being dumped in Kilkenny city

Attempts are continuing to round up 11 lurchers that have been dumped in Kilkenny city.

Paws animal rescue managed to catch up with 3 of them yesterday after being alerted to the situation but say the rest are still out there.

Gina Molloy Hetherington of the local rescue centre says the dogs they have with them are in very poor condition.

And she warned that it won’t be easy to catch the others but says they are determined to.
