Residents in Graiguenamangh have had to deal with 6 water outages lasting longer than 24 hours each in just the last 4 months.
This issue is to be highlighted at a meeting of Kilkenny Municipal District this afternoon by local Councillor Peter Cleere.

He’s calling on Irish Water to suspend water charges for those in areas like Graiguenamanagh who experience water outages on a regular basis.
He told KCLR people aren’t happy with how they’ve been treated.
