As part of the run up to the Roots Festival, I alway make time to chat with Director, John Cleere. We always get distracted but generally it’s an opportunity to hear what’s on the programme and get a sense of how things are in that musical world.
As this is the first festival since 2019 it’s all the more special and the programme does not and will not disappoint.
Music (and indeed most other) festivals only exist with a combination of sponsorship, great artists and, mot importantly, ticket sales.
