Planning permission has been granted by the council for the homes at Browneshill Wood on the Browneshill Road.
It's expected to cost in the region of €60,000 to build.

It's understood the rule was introduced to try and limit the number of once-off houses being built.
The development will go ahead on derelict land at the junction of Walkin Street and the Old Callan Road.
The decision on whether or not to grant the permission is expected today.
Members of the Friends of St Luke's charity have told KCLR News they're delighted that progress is being made.
The case is due to be decided by July.
