The ban on using hosepipes has also meant people haven't been able to get out to water the plants.
The Raheenleigh service in Carlow had been under the same restrictions but Irish Water says that's now been lifted.
Bennettsbridge was one of the first local areas where night time shut-down of the water supply was introduced.
